Female clergy, ministry leaders, non-profit leaders and church staff of varying denominations in the Central Virginia region gather together on the last Thursday of each month for an evening of creative expression as they contemplate where leadership and their personal lives intersect, process the challenges of being a woman in ministry, and find courage to take new risks with God in their ministries as they receive encouragement, support and prayers from other ministers who "get it."
